Refunds and Returns

At Genavyn Collaborative, our products are outsourced through Printify, which handles all production, shipping, and fulfillment. Below are the guidelines for refunds and returns:

For Physical Products (Outsourced through Printify):

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by Printify or its partners, Printify may issue a replacement or refund upon review.
  • Claims Process:
    • Customers must contact Printify directly to submit a claim within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Claims must include photos of the damaged or defective product for evaluation.
  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please refer to the sizing chart carefully before placing your order.

For Digital Designs and Personalized Items:

  • Due to the nature of digital products and custom-made items, all sales are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided on digital designs or personalized items under any circumstances.
